Returns & Refunds
Due to the print-on-demand nature of our business, we only accept returns for defective items.
What is considered a defective item?
A defective item is one that has arrived damaged or flawed in some way. This includes:
- Tears or holes in the fabric
- Misprinted design
- Incorrect item sent
How to initiate a return for a defective item:
If you receive a defective item, please use the "Get In Touch" form on our website within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the defect
- A brief description of the issue
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items:
We cannot accept returns for any reason other than a defect in the product. This includes:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Buyer's remorse
- Non-defective items
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
